Vector physical therapists are skilled at onsite ergonomic evaluation of worksites, individual workstations, tasks, and work postures to identify risk factors for both cumulative trauma disorder (overuse injuries) and other musculoskeletal injuries. 

From the onsite evaluation, a plan of action is created:

1. Recommended changes in both the jobsite/workstations ergonomics and worker biomechanics are made.
2. Information on ergonomic equipment is given.
