Patient Education

At Vector, educating you about your condition and medical diagnosis will begin at your first visit.  Your therapist will take the time to explain reports and tests, and use skeletal models and books so you understand what is known about your problem and how it relates to your physical therapy plan of care.

The more educated you are about your diagnosis and how it is affecting your life, the more you can partner with your therapist for the best possible results, including a home program you can use between treatments and after discharge.

Vector also provides community education programs on senior fitness, arthritis, diabetic foot care, chronic swelling/Lymphedema. For more information or to discuss scheduling a community education program, please call 442-6463.
